**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat
- Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an online chat environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with customer relationship management software or tools preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.52-$27.70 per hour
