**Household Assistant / Family Helper**
**Part-Time | 12-18 hours/week | $23-28/hour (depending on experience)**

We are a busy professional family with four school-aged children (ages 6-11) looking for a reliable, organized, and energetic **Household Assistant** to support our household 2-3 days per week (approximately 12-18 hours).

**About the Role**

The Household Assistant will help keep our home running smoothly by supporting with day-to-day organization, family logistics, and household management. We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and enjoys working with children in a lively, fast-paced environment. Must tolerate, if not love, a mini golden doodle, as well.

**Responsibilities**
- Meal preparation and light cooking/baking for the family
- General household tidying, cleaning, and laundry
- Supervising children at home when parents are working or out with other kids
- Driving children to and from school activities, appointments, and sports
- Assisting with scheduling and registering children for activities
- Household organization and planning (keeping track of supplies, schedules, etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in household management, nannying, or family assistance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Cooking and meal prep experience
- Valid driver’s license and comfort driving children to activities (vehicle to be provided)
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment
- Responsible, trustworthy, and enjoys working with kids

**Details**
- **Schedule**: 2-3 days per week, ~12-18 hours (schedule to be arranged with the family, typically between the hours of 12:00pm-8:00pm)
- **Compensation**: $23-28/hour depending on experience and qualifications
- **Location**: Riley Park/Little Mountain, Vancouver
- **Requirements**: Satisfactory driver’s abstract and Criminal Records Check (CRRP)
