Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Assistant to join our team. As a Daycare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, supporting early childhood education, and ensuring the well-being of each child in your care. Responsibilities: - Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities - Supervise and engage with children during playtime and learning activities - Provide support to the lead teacher in maintaining a structured and organized classroom environment - Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and monitoring dietary restrictions - Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by closely monitoring their activities - Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise - Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children Experience: - Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Strong caregiving skills, including the ability to provide emotional support to children - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team At our daycare center, we offer competitive pay rates, ongoing professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
