**JOB SUMMARY**
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Order entry & review. Receive customers order, review and process order entry
- Provide support with proposals / quotations
- Liaising with internal and external support teams to confirm parts availability
- Coordinate & manage inventory transactions
- Receive and coordinate customer inquires
- Follow up with internal and external productions orders & help maintain on-time deliverables
- Assist with logistics coordination of incoming and outgoing parts & equipment
- Provide support with the facility up-keep and maintenance
- Perform all tasks in accordance with Celeros Flow Technology Business Conduct guidelines.
- Work Days - Monday-Friday and other as required.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Understanding of MRP Processes.
- AS400 Experience an asset - training provided.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and achieve set targets.
- Previous manufacturing / Service Center experience considered an asset
- Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and additionally SAP.
- Experience with AS400 is highly preferred.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and achieve set targets.
- Previous manufacturing / Service Center experience considered an asset
