**1 ‑ Part Time ‑ Storeskeeper**

**Material Distribution**

This position has no set schedule, casual call‑ins

This position will involve working the day, weekend shifts. The shift is not to be interpreted as a guarantee.

Under the supervision of the Manager of Strategic Sourcing and Distribution, performs all duties within Material

Distribution.
- Provide Shipping/Receiving services to internal departments of TBRHSC.
- Also provide services for external customers based on internal customer requirements
- Process phone calls, point of contact, and e‑mail requests/questions from customers
- Perform required duties in Print Shop and Mail Room
- Maintain safe, clean environment

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Secondary School Graduation diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge and experience in computerized material and inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Excel/ Word, and Graphic design software
- Knowledge and experience in operation and minor maintenance of various Stores equipment (i.e. photocopiers,

motorized pallet cart)
- High attention to detail and accuracy of numbers.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met
- Must work cooperatively and take initiative to assist others and various levels of staff and actively support a team

- Standing and/or walking most of the day
- Heavy and frequent lifting with or without mechanical aids

Salary Range: $26.342 to 27.528
