Content Cleaning Technician

Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a Content Cleaning Technician to join us in providing top-quality restoration services

The Content Cleaning Technician is responsible for cleaning, restoring, and preserving clients’ personal belongings that have been affected by fire, smoke, water, or mold. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle items with care and respect

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and restore contents such as furniture, household items, clothing, and electronics
- Follow industry-standard cleaning methods
- Carefully inventory, pack, and document customer belongings
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, both on-site and in the warehouse
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive situations with empathy

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in restoration, cleaning, or related field (a plus, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and industry standards
