**Project Coordinator**

We are Believeco:Partners. A newly formed, independent owner, operator and builder of the foremost partner-led marketing, communications, and engagement agencies. Made up of Believeco, our full-service marketing agency, Argyle our public relations and engagement agency and Castlemain, our Indigenous advisory firm. With over 300 people, across seven offices, in 6 provinces and 2 countries, our goal is to be one of North America’s largest and most acclaimed full-service agencies.

You don’t need to be a technical wizard to succeed as a PM at Believeco:Partners, but you do need to be equally comfortable communicating with creative resources and development / IT teams.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Assist in developing and documenting scope of work
- Tracking budgets and timelines
- Managing internal resources and external vendors
- Driving the project forward ensuring all deliverables are met
- Managing/mitigating project risk
- Assist in managing stakeholder expectations through effective communication
- Assist in managing weekly status calls and budget reviews
- Creating and maintaining project documentation
- Delivering high quality work while meeting budgetary, timeline and scope constraints

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- 1-2 years of experience working at a marketing agency
- Understanding of the project management lifecycle for digital and print projects
- Ideally, be **solutions focused** **taking a positive approach** to solving problems
- Show good judgment and professionalism at all times in dealing with both clients and internal team members
- Comfortable with little supervision and manage time and priorities
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Have **a genuine interest in the success of our clients** and facilitate that success by bringing industry and interactive experience to bear on client solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills - consistent demonstration of diplomacy, decisiveness and problem solving
- Likes to have fun and work as part of an energetic and enthusiastic team
- Experience in Pharma or Healthcare industries is a BONUS
