**Dispatcher - Logistics & Transportation (Cross-Border)**:

- Dhanoa Enterprises Inc. | Calgary, AB| Full-Time_

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily dispatch operations for cross-border routes
- Monitor driver locations, delivery timelines, and shipment statuses to ensure on-time performance
- Communicate proactively with drivers, customers, and customs brokers
- Address delays, schedule changes, and unforeseen issues with timely, solution-focused responses
- Maintain accurate dispatch records using TMS and ELD platforms
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian transportation regulations (DOT, FMCSA, CBSA)
- Collaborate with internal departments including safety, fleet maintenance, and customer service

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching commercial vehicles (cross-border experience is essential)
- In-depth understanding of North American geography and freight corridors
- Proficiency with dispatch and fleet tracking systems (e.g., Loadlink, DAT, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with BorderConnect for ACE and ACI manifest submissions is required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
