**What The Role Looks Like**

As the Data Analyst, you will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. A day in the life of this position includes:

- Creating processes and controls to ensure data integrity across various databases of information
- Working to drive automation within the revenue reporting framework
- Developing ad hoc analysis that supports revenue growth and strategic decision making
- Working with leadership to assist with budgeting, forecasting and revenue strategy
- Identifying trends and anomalies within data sets
- Providing systematic, reliable, meaningful data estimates
- Contributing to the development of reports for business and management teams detailing the behaviour of customers within our platform
- In conjunction with the Client Success team, providing proof of value reporting to our clients
- Participating in the development of our systems, formulating recommendations to help improve current processes and report templates
- Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

You are a business focused analyst with a deeply analytical mindset, who can meaningfully translate data into actionable insights. You are highly detail oriented, and process driven, but with a continuous improvement mindset.

**What We're Looking For**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting and advising Sales and other cross-functional teams in an Analyst role
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SaaS or Finance industry preferred but not required
- A self-starter driven by success with attention to detail
- An adaptive learner who always strives for challenges
- Outside of the box thinking, someone who is not afraid to ask questions and look for new/different solutions.
