Vous utiliserez vos connaissances techniques pour guider les clients dans la sélection de nos produits, vous serez un expert digne de confiance.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe vouée au service exceptionnel et à l'établissement de relations solides avec nos clients. Vous devez avoir une expérience de vente ou de support client, avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication, et être en mesure de composer avec un environnement de travail occupé. Fonctions: - Promouvoir nos produits, développer de nouveaux comptes. Établir des relations solides avec les contacts clés de notre clientèle, tels que les techniciens, ingénieurs, superviseurs et chargés de projets
- Conseiller les clients sur le choix des produits ou des solutions
- Organiser des ateliers et planifier des essais
- Organiser des expositions et / ou des séminaires
- Maintenir nos bases de données
- S’assurer du support après-vente
- Effectuer des visites chez les clients ou dans d’autres bureaux de la société. Répartition estimée : 50% bureau - 50% extérieur - Le territoire à couvrir comprend l’Est du Québec ainsi que les provinces de l’Atlantique. Exigences du représentant technique: - Être bilingue
- Expérience dans la vente, de préférence avec des produits techniques (expérience avec des produits industriels, un atout)
- Diplôme post-secondaire dans un domaine connexe - Curieux et analytique, être technophile- Volonté de passer la majorité de votre temps à interagir avec vos clients et collègues
- La capacité à apprendre une gamme de produits diversifiée, un système ERP, des outils de marketing numérique et un programme de gestion de la relation client
- Sens de l’initiative, énergie, attitude positive et professionnelle
- Excellentes compétences de communication écrite et verbale
