The Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing full lifecycle support to client initiatives. From helping ensure sales follow up, to providing administrative support of the training calendar and material prep.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Assist Sales in managing communication with clients, including drafting and sending agreements, invoicing, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements as necessary
- Assist Sales in managing and organizing their client databases, tracking leads, and updating sales activities in the CRM system
- Take charge of maintaining and updating our training calendars, ensuring timely delivery of services to our clients
- Coordinate with trainers and venues to ensure all necessary materials are available and make it to the training locations

**Bonus points if you have experience with the following**:
Sales Acumen: Proven track record in assisting sales teams with customer outreach, relationship building, and sales support activities

Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years in sales administration.
- Project Management experience an asset
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
- Interest in learning and development

**Location & Hours**:
This is a full-time, hybrid, position requiring time in the Barrie(Simcoe) area on a regular basis.
