**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant inventory levels.
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy.
- Implement and maintain food safety standards.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.
- Proficient in interviewing and hiring practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or similar setting.
