**Your role in a nutshell**:
As an inspirational leader & activist, with enthusiasm for our brand and a strong connection to our purpose, you will drive the retail business for two store locations to deliver retail excellence, strong sales results, & an engaging customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Dual Store Manager for our Willowbrook & Sevenoaks locations, your key job responsibilities include:

- Lead & work as part of a successful, engaged team to best meet the needs of our customers
- Shape a customer focused store experience by leading the team to drive customer engagement through our products, campaigns & activism, bringing our brand to life
- Problem solves effectively & proactively as much as possible using available resources
- Communicate effectively & act as a flexible & responsible role model to your team
- Ensure development of customer loyalty to further build The Body Shop brand
- Meet sales & performance targets
- Manage stock; monitor & manage visual merchandising changes
- Confidently use the data (KPI’s) we provide, to make sound commercial & business decisions to successfully drive your sales & your team performance
- Scheduling for both store locations
- Attending district and company calls/meetings as needed and share information with both teams as necessary
- Support in all recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Perform development reviews/1:1s with team members and provide coaching support as needed
- Drive team performance to achieve sales and performance goals
- Overall operational oversight for both stores, with guidance from your District Sales & Talent Manager
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

**Qualifications/Competencies**:

- Experience in multi-unit customer facing, retail management role
- Able to meet sales & performance targets with outstanding operational excellence
- Ability to work collaboratively with retail leadership in a feedback culture
- Experience training & developing a successful team
- Outstanding leadership & coaching skills
- Experience using data (KPI’s) to make sound business decisions
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
- Open availability for evenings, weekends (Sat & Sun), and holiday shifts is required
