**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of installation projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations for each installation.
- Supervise and lead installation teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the installation process.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of project timelines, materials used, and labor hours.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Conduct post-installation evaluations to gather feedback and improve future processes.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the hvac field is required.
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role within the installation industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to installations.
- Ability to problem-solve effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A background in construction or technical fields is preferred but not required.

Hourly rate
- $50-$53
