**Victoria,**
**Ignite Technical Resources** is looking for a
**Project Manager **with our client for a
**12 month contract opportunity**.

**Role Description**:
The resource will be responsible for playing a vital role in leading and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of a Intranet Redesign project

**Need experiences as close to this description as possible**:
Intranets
- Intranet implementation in an organization setting of greater than 15,000 employees.
- Thorough knowledge of the roles, employee types and departments in a large health authority
- Experience translating team processes into actionable publishing workflows.
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint capabilities and limitations.

Employee Engagement Applications
- Understanding of the employer-employee relationship and responsibilities.
- Has deployed an employee engagement platform to an organization of greater than 15,000 employees.
- Implementation of a system which requires significant change management and change in responsibility for all employees.
- Thorough understanding of departmental politics and priorities.
- Exposure to conflict management and priority setting.

Knowledge Management Systems
- Expertise in the deployment of knowledge management system such as a Learning Management System.
- Excellent understanding of the variety, importance and access to knowledge management systems.
- Detailed understanding of document management systems, record management systems, asset management systems and content management systems.
- Modelling access to corporate knowledge held by employees and making that knowledge accessible.

HR/ Workforce Management Systems
- Experience driving change in HR management solutions.
- In depth knowledge of employee scheduling, work locations and technology access challenges in a large, geo-diverse, 24 hour organization.
- Expert understanding of the employee lifecycle in a health organization.
- Excellent knowledge of the integration between HR systems and downstream systems such as
- Active Directory, the implementation and complications of those integrations.

In addition to the skills and experience set out above, the Proponents should demonstrate that the proposed
- Consultant(s) have the following additional skills and experience:

- Expertise in project management system such as Jira.
- Strong ability in partner management.
- Excellent understanding of cultural safety and our requirement to engage partners with the lens of diversity, equity and inclusion.
