**THE JOB**:
Ridgeline Canada Inc. is recruiting for an Billings Administrator to support Ridgeline Canada Inc. and its three operational divisions; Ridgeline Environment, Ridgeline GreenFill and Ridgeline Response out of our Calgary office.

**RESPONSBILITIES AT HAND**:

- Working with Billings department to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting;
- Compiling and manipulating data to into Excel to conform with client specific guidelines;
- Processing of client invoices through accounting software following all client contract guidelines
- Tracking status of all work in progress through to completion;
- Handling high volumes of data entry;
- Reconciling customer accounts;
- Making collection calls to vendors and clients, while building facing relationships;
- Ensuring filing systems and records are maintained and up-to-date;
- Providing continuous support to other areas of accounting;
**DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS | IS THIS YOU?**
- Minimum 2 years of Administration experience;Proven experience as an administrator, assistant, or general accounting experience
- Proficient in MS Office (specially Excel - Intermediate);
- Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. QuickBooks, Cortex, and ADP) is considered an asset - Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with the public and employees in a highly professional manner
- Good understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Analytical thinker with problem solving skills;
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills that contribute to working effectively in a diverse working environment and corporate culture;
- Ability to build collaborative and support internal and external relationships;
- High attention to detail, accuracy & organization;

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
