Optometric Assistant

Optiks International, Maple Ridge is looking for a game changer, could that be you? We are looking for a part time Optometric Sales Assistant to join our team.

You will be part of a team that includes an on-site Doctor of Optometry and Licensed Opticians providing complete eye care services for our patients. Our goal is to create a memorable patient experience and build lasting relationships with our patients by providing exceptional customer service.

Initially you will be involved in all aspects of patient interaction including patient appointment scheduling, patient check in, patient checkout and final billing. Future training will focus on operating pretesting diagnostic equipment before the patient sees the optometrist.

You have a keen fashion sense, love talking to people and enjoy identifying customer needs to help guide them to the perfect pair of specs from our vast selection of finely crafted eyewear frames. (This part is a lot of fun)
