**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems and databases.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Ensure data is properly organized, categorized, and filed for easy retrieval.
- Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed by various departments.
- Perform data cleaning tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of records.
- Assist in data migration and system upgrades when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and issues related to data.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with data entry software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive data.
