Brandt Industries is currently seeking a Warranty Administrator. This position is responsible for adjudicating and processing warranty claims from our dealership network, resulting in efficient and timely customer support.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Work with dealers and customers to understand product issues and repairs
- Track information used to identify early trends
- Work closely with internal departments to drive process and product improvements
- Provide fair and efficient warranty reimbursement from defective product
- Process claims and warranty credits
- Manage invoicing/denial notifications to dealers
- Manage machine registrations
- Answer warranty related inquires
- High focus on Customer Service -internal and external
