**About the Role**:

- Issuing policies and sending out eDelivery workflows
- Answering questions from advisors and the back office
- Follow up on outstanding requirements (underwriting and post issue)

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Post-secondary education in relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Strong customer service (prompt, polite, detailed)
- Minimum 2 years in New Business
- Minimum 2 years Wealth experience
- Good awareness of AML/ATF procedures
- Attention to detail
- Adaptable to computer systems
- Problem solving
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience with working in a team environment
- Experience with preparing presentations and presenting at new advisor schools
