**Customer Experience Representative**:

**Responsibilities**:
As a member of the customer service team, the Customer Service Representative brings expertise by:

- Taking orders for all our divisions;
- Providing outstanding customer service in addition to playing an advisory role to customers;
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction;
- Following up with customers/sellers on order reception and invoicing;
- Being solutions-oriented to contribute to the pursuit of our mission of excellence;
- Suggesting substitute products to satisfy the customer;
- Assist in-store to welcome customers, provide advice, and actively participate in product sales as needed.

**Requirements**: To perform well, you must**:

- Be a quick learner who is sharp-minded and adaptable;
- Be motivated by a large quantity of orders and able to work quickly;
- Be a team player who thrives on challenges - because together, we’re stronger
- Be able to communicate well in **English AND French** (advanced level), as the position deals with a partly English-speaking clientele;
- Have a natural aptitude for sales and a passion for customer service;
- Be comfortable working with computers.
