TANCO specializes in the extraction of essential minerals like spodumene, cesium and tantalum.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Performs general manual labour, clean up, demolition and miscellaneous construction of surface structures.
- Shovels, sweeps, washes, hoses and scrapes/paints, surfaces and equipment.
- Operates service truck, forklift, aerial lift and front-end loader to transport general supplies.
- Conduct general surface work and performs janitorial duties.
- Loads and unloads materials and product with forklift.
- Records data relevant to the job as per log sheets.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum grade 12 education
- Ability to work Independently with mínimal supervision and work well with others
- Ability to lift, bend, twist in performing the functions.
- Frequent walking and standing for extended periods of time.
- Exposure to moderate noise and odors.
