Securiguard is looking for a motivated **Recruiter** to join our Kelowna Branch

Working in a collaborative team you will be guiding the full-cycle recruitment process for security personnel throughout Kelowna. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role in a dynamic and exciting industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Full cycle recruitment including reviewing resumes, pre-screening calls, onsite interviews, and on-boarding
- Networking with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees
- Working with Operations Managers during recruitment planning meetings to establish position requirements
- Efficiently and effectively filling open positions
- Attending career fairs and developing working relationships with colleges/universities for recruiting and employer brand recognition
- Maintaining all relevant applicant and interview records in accordance with our ISO policy and regulations

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in HR/Recruiting
- Full-cycle recruitment experience
- Class 5 Driver's License & vehicle would be considered an asset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with ATS software
- Able to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
- Enjoy working with people
