AGAT is a dynamic and fast-growing organization committed to leveraging data to drive business success. We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that support our operations and sales functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
- Create visually compelling and insightful dashboards in Power BI to support business needs.
- Validate initiatives raised by business stakeholders and partner with the business to forge new project initiatives
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Prioritize requirements according to business benefits, difficulty to execute and implementation pre-requisites
- Develop an understanding of the operation’s business requirements, documenting applicable specifications and translating into functional design documentation
- Manage project solution delivery by coordinating involved parties to enable successful project execution
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience
- Proven experience in creating reports in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including building and optimizing dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in working with and manipulating large datasets.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitie
