**Position Overview**

First Truck Centre, doing business as Velocity Truck Centres, is currently accepting resumes for a seasoned Recruitment Coordinator.

**Primary Job Functions**
- Facilitate the job requisition approval process, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and approvals are obtained.
- Work closely with Recruitment Business Partner to create and post job advertisements in accordance with job posting guidelines.
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Contribute to employment branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Assist with end of service administration.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or HR. Administrator.
- R.P.R. designation is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
