Edmonton, Canada B&R Eckels Transport Ltd Full time

Load/unload freight in a cross dock facility

Ensure all safety equipment is inspected daily

Ensure all loads/cargo is secured safely and according to cargo securement requirements

Hazard identification

Use proper loading/unloading procedures

Operation of forklift

Other duties as required

Reliable and punctual

Commitment to safety

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to work in hot/dusty, chilly cross dock environment

Ability to follow direction

Strong oral and written communication abilities, task prioritization and time management techniques.

Professional demeanour under stressful situations

Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Self-directed, able to work with little supervision

Forklift safety certificate considered an asset.

Overtime as required

**Salary**: From $20.50 per hour
