This position reports to the Senior Portfolio Manager, Discretionary Management.

Key challenges
- Provide data analysis support for the discretionary portfolio management department so that all necessary reports are up-to-date and accurate
- Help investigate the performance of accounts
- Keep close-track file calculations up to date
- Maintain lists of discretionary codes under supervision
- Produce quarterly performance reports
- Help prepare the department's PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain tables, lists, policies, and the SharePoint page
- Prepare the various reports for the committees
- Maintain mailing lists, data updates, benchmarks and quality control
- Investigate at the level of calculations of portfolio managers who need support
- Approval of basket and private checkout transactions
- Write the minutes of the Selection Committee
- Ensure the replacement of other analysts in the department during leave.

Requirem
- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, finance or related to the sector of activity
- Five years of experience in a brokerage firm
- Securities Courses
- Standards of Conduct Manual course an asset
- Holding the CIM designation, an asset
- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of financial markets and regulations
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to write and communicate
- Autonomy and initiative
- Sense of organization
- Ability to work under pressure
- Propensity to offer a fast and efficient service to the customers concerned
- Team spirit
