We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling the company's hiring needs through mass recruitment efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing coaching and advice as needed.
- Assisting the HR department with various tasks as required
**Basic Requirements Skills & Abilities**:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
- Experience in Telecom/Construction Industry is an asset
- Ability to work effectively with different departments and promote teamwork.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues efficiently.
- Proficient computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in recruiting for various types of positions**.**:
- Proficiency in record-keeping and database management.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
