**JOB TITLE**:Accounts Receivable Supervisor

**REPORTS TO**: Accounting Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead the accounts receivable team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices for sales transactions
- Oversee and maintenance of dealer and customer records in ERP system and collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate customer information
- Administration of FCC crop input financing
- Review and reconcile dealer reconciliations following the close of each sales year and process customer refunds
- Process prepayments and payments from customers and dealers
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to facilitate a seamless workflow
- Respond promptly to dealer inquiries related to invoices and payment status.
- Foster positive relationships with dealers, addressing any concerns professionally.
- Generate various reports for the sales and management teams and provide insights to support decision-making
- Oversee to ensure accurate and organized records of all AR transactions
- General office duties and responsibilities as needed

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounts receivable with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of agriculture industry practices is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and leadership abilities

**Working conditions**
- Working conditions consisting primarily of an office environment, although limited time spent in production facility or lab may be required. Appropriate safety equipment must be worn when entering the production facility or lab environments.
- This position requires extended working hours periodically throughout the year as necessary.
