**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with standard recipes and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous bartending experience.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately.
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Cashiering experience, along with familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in the food industry.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
