Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Receiving Clerk. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be a hands-on coordinator for stockroom material. Processing stock material orders received by stocking and un-stocking of material. Distribute stock material to Dajcor employees and accurately record transactions.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Record inventory data manually or on a computer or handheld device

2. Document discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts of stock

3. Receive, count, and verify incoming Packing slips and product. Document Receipt in ERP System

4. Label stock items with labelling equipment, where necessary.

5. Pack and unpack items for storage in stockrooms, warehouses or designated areas.

6. Process outbound shipping requests for repair items.

7. Perform minor repairs to small tools.

8. Distribute products or materials to store shelves, departments or to the requestor.

9. Process damaged or defective stock per sign outs and requests.

10. Maintain accurate records of stock sign outs and requests.

11. Comply with safety regulations for moving heavy objects and using machinery.

12. Keep stockroom neat and orderly at all times.

13. Inventory stock of materials, supplies, parts and merchandise.

14. Perform cycle counts, as required.

15. Perform other duties as assigned.

16. Follow established Health and Safety rules.

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- Proficient in basic math calculations for inventory management
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Mechanical aptitude
- Good organizational skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in inventory management
- Computer Skills - Excel, Word, ERP
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
