**Role Summary**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Remaining professional when dealing with clients and co-workers
- Being comfortable making outbound calls/ warm transfers
- Learning about Mortgage options that are available
- Understanding changes in Mortgage options
- Learning how to engage clients to discover their needs

**Qualifications**
- BCFSA (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
