Motel Manager

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and train motel staff to ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and handling guest inquiries.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure profitability while maintaining quality service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff members.
- Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Supervising experience is essential, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in front desk operations, including phone etiquette and guest interaction protocols.
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to hiring, training, and employee relations is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.02-$35.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
