**Job title**
- Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM Consultant_

**Job purpose**

The **Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM Functional Consultant** role will be primarily focused on project implementations in the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement suite of products. Must have experience in implementing functional, no code/low code capabilities of CRM. They will work with a broad set of customers from small clients just starting their CRM journey to significantly larger clients who have been using Dynamics 365 CRM for many years needing to expand. In addition to configuring CRM, this role will require an ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally to manage expectations, solicit requirements and provide status updates.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Identify the features/ capabilities for clients in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
- Turn features/ capabilities into Swim lane diagrams
- Convert steps in a Swim lane diagram into user stories
- Produce wire frame/ mock ups of screen designs from user stories
- Clearly articulate acceptance criteria for user stories
- Earn and maintain Microsoft Certifications relevant to Endeavour’s Microsoft Dynamics Certification requirements.
- Participate as a project team member on implementation projects.
- Discovering and documenting clients’ requirements
- Providing technical services for report development, data migration and system configuration
- Providing product training and ongoing support as needed
- Minimal to No travel required.

This position may evolve to include additional responsibilities.

**Qualifications**
- Have experience in working with a project team using an agile methodology and all of the agile rituals that this entails
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with requirements gathering, programming / system design and user training.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience
- Solid English communications skills (written & oral)
- Enjoys working on multiple concurrent small and mid-sized projects.
- Previous consulting experience a plus.
- Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
