The Risk Services Trainer Transportation is responsible for developing, designing, and delivering Risk Services training content to customers, both internally and externally. In consultation with the Risk Services Management, the incumbent will assist in creating a roadmap for department-wide training and development of training programs that adequately supports department and organizational initiatives.
The Risk Services Trainer Transportation will be responsible for Identifying customer training needs, assist with marketing, promotion and presentation of Northbridge training services. They will establish learning objectives and expected outcomes for training programs, develop content outline of technical and reference material and design presentations, facilitator and participant materials, including job aides, facilitator guides, and evaluation tools.

**You’re great at**:

- Knowledge of Transportation and Logistics Standards and Regulations

- Working within a team setting
**You have**:
- Minimum University Degree or College Diploma and/or industry-specific experience.
- Minimum 10 years industry experience.
- Significant experience as a corporate trainer.
- Willing to work towards NATMI or equivalent CDT designation
- Excellent understanding of the Standards, codes and regulations.
- Possession of a valid commercial AZ driver’s license in good standing.
- Ability to cross the USA / Canada International border without restriction.
- Fluently bilingual (English / French) is a definite asset.
