Mobile Zone Supervisor - Full Time - Hamilton **Essential Job Functions**: - Provides leadership, direction, and ongoing coaching and training - Ensures all standing orders and scheduled daily activities are carried out as required for each shift - Ensures site staff adhere to all Paladin Security and site security policies and procedures - Ensures all Security Guards and Team Leaders have received the mandatory training - Motivates staff and issues commendations - Disciplines staff when necessary and ensures proper documentation is passed onto head office - Documents and investigates security incidents and complaints Investigate alarm responses and respond in a timely manner - Communicates any concerns/issues with Paladin Management. Any other duties as assigned. **Requirements**: - Valid Security Guard license - First Aid & CPR - Level C - Vulnerable Sector Check - COVID Vaccination Status & Immunization Record (measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and TB skin tests 1 and 2) - Must possess a valid G Class license with a minimum driving experience of 3 years. - Must provide clean drivers abstract from last 3 years - At least two years security experience preferably in a Team Lead role - Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college preferred - Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service along with good computer abilities are all core requirements. - Knowledge of relevant Federal, Provincial, Municipal laws and By-laws - Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) - Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB pre-employment certification training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position - Please be aware: The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite, however Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6 month commitment to the position/availability **Highlights**: - Competitive wages - Company benefits - Advancement and growth opportunities - Clear communications, scheduling, and support from a team of professionals there to ensure your success **#IND4** Paladin Security: Making the World a Safer and Friendlier Place because we **CARE** **Position**: Mobile Zone Supervisor **City**:Hamilton, ON **Hours**:Continental Days (0700-1900 hrs) **Pay Rate**: $20.00/hr - $21.00/hr "based on levelling system" **Averaging Agreement**:Overtime is Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours **Internal Posting Date**:Feb 25, 2025 **Internal Closing Date**:March 04, 2025 **External Closing Date**:March 04, 2025 **Position Overview**: The Zone Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities and job performance of Security guards assigned to all sites belonging to Paladin.
