**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to produce custom cabinetry and furniture.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other woodworking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood components to precise measurements.
- Install cabinets and related fixtures on-site or in the workshop, ensuring proper fit and finish.
- Perform restoration work on existing cabinetry or furniture as needed.
- Measure and evaluate materials for each project, including rebar installation, flooring installation, tile laying, or siding when applicable.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure specifications are met within deadlines.
- Assist with other construction-related tasks such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, or plumbing as required.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Strong woodworking skills with experience in cabinetry assembly, installation, and finishing.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of construction painting, caulking, rebar installation, flooring installation, tile laying, siding work, roofing, electrical experience, plumbing, masonry, concrete forming, construction estimating, restoration techniques, drywall installation (including drywall finishing), maintenance person experience, and general construction practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform heavy lifting tasks regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to read technical drawings accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
