**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the grooming process. You will work closely with pet owners to understand their grooming needs and preferences, creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

**Duties**:

- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for various breeds of dogs and cats.
- Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets' grooming needs and any observed health concerns.
- Handle pets safely and gently, ensuring their comfort during the grooming process.
- Assist in managing appointments and scheduling grooming sessions as needed.
- Stay updated on grooming trends and techniques to provide the best services possible.

**Experience**:

- Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure a positive experience for pet owners.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed when handling larger breeds or multiple pets.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care is crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
