**Job Summary**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and facilitate seating arrangements to create a positive dining experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate effectively with guests.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize OPENTABLE for managing reservations and GIVEX to enter orders.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations throughout the dining experience.
**Requirements**:
- Previous host/host or restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest services best practices.
