As a Meat Department Clerk at Country Grocer, you'll be a vital part of our team, helping customers find the perfect cuts of meat while delivering top-notch service with a smile You'll thrive in our lively environment, where you'll get hands-on with meat preparation, keep our displays looking fantastic, and ensure the department stays clean and well-stocked. Your keen eye for detail and passion for customer service will make shopping at our store a delightful experience for everyone who stops by

**What we need from you**:

- Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
- Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs with ease.
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy, even when things get busy.
- Great at managing time, following directions, and staying organized.
- Happy to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.
- Committed to following department procedures and safe work practices.
- Eager to learn and open to feedback and coaching.

**Experience and Education**:

- 1-2 years previous experience in a Meat Department an asset but no required
- Customer Service experience is an asset
- Current Food Safe certification is an asset, but we are happy to help you get it
