We pride ourselves on our consulting expertise in career planning, career coaching and talent development related to dynamic industries in North America and Asia, such as Financial Services, Consulting, High-Technology, Health Care and CPG industries. **Major Responsibilities**
**1) Career Planning and Coaching**
- Assist with coaching follow-up, documentations, reporting and training material development
- Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide premium services to clients and implement various training/coaching initiatives and projects
**2) Training & Development**
- Organize various online/offline training seminars and workshops, including researching, hosting meetings, drafting PowerPoint slides, and facilitating communications with trainers and mentors
- Support deliveries of ad hoc HR projects as assigned regarding teambuilding, networking, and new training initiatives (e.g., CFA or CSC training)
- Create and update e-learning contents for e-learning platforms
- Manage existing and new social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, XiaoETong, LinkedIn)
**3) Client Consultation and Marketing Support**
- Handle inquiries from potential clients by understanding needs and assessing concerns/interests, providing recommendations/consultations to new clients, and updating potential client database
- Engage existing and new clients on social media platforms to enhance branding and referrals
- Perform research on competitors and industry best practices for sponsorship and event planning
- Perform research, develop ideas & marketing materials for sponsorship and advertisement (e.g., article, flyers, posters, and videos)
- Interact with clients thorough existing or new social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, RED, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Liaise with partners (e.g., school associations, professional associations, staffing agencies, immigration centers) for promotion/marketing activities and event planning
**4) Operation and Administrative Support**
- Support client payment, registration, onboarding process and update client database
- Issue regular coaching materials during the early coaching stage
- Perform weekly job posting search based on clients’ career paths and produce ad hoc operational and client analytics reports
- Schedule meetings, manage key work calendars, coordinate with accounting and deal with on-going operational transactions for the team
**5) Others**
- Arrange meetings and coordinate communications among schools, clients, coaches and mentors
**Qualification Requirements**
1. **1- 2 years of experience** in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Administration, Customer Services, or Marketing & Sales Support, including internship experiences
2. Solid knowledge of financial services, consulting, high-tech or education industries as well as various social media platforms **(WeChat, LinkedIn)**
3. Undergraduate or graduate degree in HR, Education, Business, or Marketing. Solid understanding of applied psychology, training, coaching and adult learning methodologies
4. Excellent customer services, relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
5. Easy-going, organized, detail-oriented with strong **service mind-set, work ethics** and **can-do attitude;**demonstrated quick learner and problem-solver
6. **Flexibility for different working shifts. **Intermedia level of Excel (PivotTable), PowerPoint & Word; **fluency in Mandarin** is a must
7. Work towards CHRP or coaching certifications would be an asset
