**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Assist with daily warehouse operations, including inventory organization and order fulfillment.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring goods are handled safely and accurately.
- Prepare products for delivery and assist with transportation tasks when needed.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards in the warehouse.
- Perform basic equipment checks and minor maintenance on tools, vehicles, or warehouse machinery.
Batch Operator Responsibilities
- Follow production recipes accurately: measure and mix ingredients to maintain product consistency.
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery, performing routine checks and troubleshooting.
- Conduct quality checks and follow strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Track materials and finished goods to ensure production accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining production schedules by preparing batches on time.
**Requirements**:
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or production experience preferred (2-3 years ideal).
- Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy items safely.
- Comfortable using warehouse tools, machinery, and basic computer systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good time management skills and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work in a physically active role.
**Certifications (required)**
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Forklift certification.
