TAC Aquatics is hiring Lifesaving Instructors/Examiners for the following area:

- Avenue & Lawrence

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing a fun, safe and effective environment for Swimmers as they complete the lifesaving courses
- Providing clear responsibilities and instructions to the program support staff, instructors, and lifeguards
- Manage and oversee groups during the session
- Working with the admin team to keep attendance and all swimmer information updated.
- Complete evaluation of swimmers through out course to be submitted for approval
- Ensuring volunteers are resourced with all they need to perform their roles effectively

**Qualifications**:

- Experience teaching Bronze Medallion and Bronze Cross courses
- Effective communication skills, computer skills, teamwork, personable, positive
- Standard First Aid & CPR C
- Valid Lifesaving Instructor and/or Certification

**Assets**
- Emergency First Aid Instructor
- Standard First Aid Instructor

**Compensation**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
