Welding Supervisor

Are you ready to ignite your career in fabrication? FLINT Fabrication Shop is hunting for a talented Welding Supervisor to join our dynamic team At FLINT, we don't just weld - we craft. From precision engineering to top-notch craftsmanship, we take pride in delivering excellence in every weld.

**This is a Permanent Night Shift position in our Sherwood Park shop.**

**What would you be doing?**
- Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.
- Recognize defective welds, know the cause, and repair procedure for the defective area.
- Perform tasks by industry quality and production standards.
- Supervising a team of Welder's.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Have your Journeyperson Welder ticket.
- B-Pressure ticket.
- Have experience supervising a team of Welders.
- Experience in Chromium carbide overlay is an asset.
- Have CSTS20.
- Know and understand metals, arc electrodes, welding gases and gas welding filler roads.
- Know and understand the welding equipment involved in various procedures.
- Have physical strength, stamina, and the use of proper lifting techniques.
- Required to manage heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Are adaptable and can work in a team environment.
- Have safety as a top priority.
- Able to read and understand complex instructions.
