**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring effective communication.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and clerical duties.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is clean and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out processes in a medical office setting.
- Provide information about services offered and address any inquiries from clients.
- Utilize Google Suite for documentation and communication purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to manage multiple calls effectively.
- Familiarity with phone systems and administrative procedures in a medical office setting is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 12 per week
