The Outside Sales Representative will work to ensure the best possible customer experience selling spray foam insulation to builders, contractors and residential customers. While maintain existing contacts, develop new customers and expand Ecotech’s reach as a provider in the spray foam industry.

The Outside Sales Representative shall contribute to the company’s overall profitability, the quality of our Customer’s experience and the success of employees as a lead member of the team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Expand business through new customer relationships and manage existing customer base
- Promote and sell spray foam insulation to a range of clients including new and existing contractors, builders, general contractors, and developers.
- Remain knowledgeable and current regarding industry and customer developments
- Track jobs in assigned sales territory
- Collections and delinquent account management
- Regularly report on progress to ownership
- Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees, customers and suppliers
- Bring forward strategies to improve overall service and potential efficiencies
- Maintain an emphasis on a safety culture, customer service, and efficiency as a top priorities
- All other duties as directed by ownership

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry and detailed product knowledge OR 2-3 years’ experience as a sales representative in the construction industry.
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments
- Dynamic, results driven individual with proven ability to develop and capitalize on sales leads
- Detailed knowledge of pricing strategies and price book set up and maintenance
- Detailed knowledge of reporting tools and intermediate level computer skills
- Strong communications skills, both across internal departments and externally with Customers.
- Time management and organizational skills to maintain positive relationships with Customers and ensure proper billing and collection.
- Identify, communicate and help resolve unforeseen conditions/situations that occur throughout day with crews on a jobsite.
- Ability to use positive language, listen, understand Staff and Customers’ needs and frustrations, follow up as required, and maintain an even demeanor towards Customers, Staff and colleagues.
- A Positive can do attitude is essential

This is a full-time position at Ecotech Insulation Solutions Inc., 302 Hilton Drive, Stoney Creek, Ontario

**Remuneration**:
100% Commission Based

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$135,268.00 per year
