We are currently looking to add a energetic and passionate individual to our team in the role of **Warranty Administrator**.

**General Responsibilities** (include but are not limited to)**:

- Entry, tracking, and follow-up of all warranty claims
- Ensure each work order is appropriately and accurately documented and signed
- Ensure all Technicians and Service Advisors comply with warranty conditions
- File all warranty claims promptly
- Corrects and analyzes all cancelled or rejected claims
- Works with parts department to ensure accurate billing
- Reconcile warranty receivables weekly

**Requirements** (include but are not limited to):

- Ability to multi-task and meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines in a demanding fast-pace environment
- Extremely efficient, organized and resourceful
- Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence in your ability to be successful
- Great positive attitude with a high-energy personality
- Ability to work well with others
