**JOB SUMMARY**:
Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, General Manager the Sales Coordinator will provide support for the Sales team.

Assisting in the Sales department to support the Event Manager and the BDM as required but not limited to:
**YOUR ROLE**:

- Ensuring billing for catering is done daily and PM accounts for events are monitored, and closed with appropriate payment or sent to AR
- Assist in answering calls and forwarding as required to appropriate individual
- Maintain computer and paper based filing
- Assist with loading and cleaning up S&C Opera ie, up to date pricing, menus, etc.
- Assisting with sending out proposals, contracts to reduce the administrative work for the BDM & Event Manager
- Ensuring that each incoming group has a MOP on file and deposits are accurately tracked
- Inputting rooming lists into Opera
- Booking Wedding blocks (rooms only)
- Ordering supplies
- Monthly reporting \ production monitoring as required by RDOS & GM
- Work closely with Reservations/Front Desk/Accounting concerning room blocks and deposits
- Assist with RFP season as required by BDM

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Good computer knowledge - Microsoft office & Opera
- Fluency in English verbal and written a must.
- Individual who can multi-task in fast paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptionally detailed orientated
