We are looking for **Professional Fence Installer - Crew Leader**.

Fence Depot is a family run, third generation fencing company that has been a leader in the fence installation industry for over 47 years. Our team of experts understand the value of delivering a long-lasting and high-quality product. Our primary focus is to provide safety, security, and privacy for the community we serve. Our crews are equipped with everything they need to tackle the project safely and efficiently.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: Commensurate with experience

**Preferred Experience**
- Experience in fence installation
- Carpentry: 1 year
- Construction: 1 year
- Welding: 1 year
- Valid G license w/clean abstract (AR license preferred)

**Asset Skills**
- Landscaping experience.
- Heavy machinery operations.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to travel cross border.
- Ability to use hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

**What You'll Do**
- Complete fencing projects on time, within budget, and to the highest degree of quality.
- Install and repair various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, wrought iron, railings, residential and commercial chain link, commercial gates, guide rails etc.
- Inspect and repair fences and gates to ensure proper function.
- Fill out end of day and end of job reports.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Keep work site clean and organized at all times.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Other duties may include assisting the retail store, fence yard, and dog park activities, assisting and serving customers, loading and unloading vehicles, assisting in the yard, pick-up, delivery and installation of temporary fence panels, etc.
