Canada MedLaser Franchising is a growing medical aesthetic chain with 11 locations across the GTA, with a friendly approach to beauty; offering an array of medical beauty services.

**Position**: We are looking for a service oriented, enthusiastic, and experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our team as a Clinical Trainer and Account Manager.

This position offers an incredible opportunity to build lifelong skills, obtain valuable education, and work closely with an excellent team in both clinical and corporate settings.

We are currently looking for full-time availability for this incredible opportunity.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

**_Clinical Trainer _**
- Create a comprehensive training plan and training presentation
- Establish and maintain process for calendaring and tracking of all trainings and participants.
- Schedule and coordinate all logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions
- Training meetings with franchisees and their staff
- Train new hires
**_Account Manager_**
- Periodic clinic audits for quality compliance
- Oversee Corporate Clinics sales activity
- Responsible for all the clinical forms
- Helping the corporate clinics to track patients satisfaction
- Helping the corporate locations with clients complaints
- Assist Business Development manager with miscellaneous tasks when required
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Medical Aesthetician diploma
- 5 years working experience as medical aesthetician
- Deep knowledge in laser technologies (Laser, IPL, RF, IR) and other medical aesthetic services
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail;
- Strong written and verbal communication;
- Excellent presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as contribute in a team environment;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work with a vision toward continuous improvement.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
**Required**: Car and Driver licence
